Bruce Cutting brings over 25 years of client service, contracts negotiation, and strategy-driven marketing to Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.  He combines deep local knowledge and skilled deployment of technical resources to create an exceptional experience for his clients.

He understands that each home purchase or property sale involves a significant life transition for the client, and he uses sensitive client insight, detailed planning skills, and a relentless “can do” attitude to achieve clients’ goals.

He welcomes guiding downsizing clients who’ve owned a property for many years toward achieving their new life goals, assisting second-home buyers in finding their dream retreat, and helping families who seek a larger home through the intricacies of both selling / buying at the same time.

Bruce is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and holds an MBA from Babson College.

He lives in Kingston with his spouse and two White West Highland Terriers.
